Handblown Glass Candleholder with Bubbles

A handblown candleholder in olive glass: a flat flared rim, a stem with a round knop, a loop handle.

Oval bubbles stand in loose rows through the cup, fine seeds between them, and each one bends the light, so in sun the cup fills with bright flecks.

The rough scar under the foot reads as a pontil mark.

Maker not identified.

Fine surface scratches on the foot and the handle, and a small open bubble on the foot.
